Hi, Barbara,

If you found the list name on SL, it should allow you to join, too. I'll
get you in the group ASAP.

If I missed anyone else, please email me directly and I'll get you into
the group. :)

>My first question (or should I say request) is how many of your
colleges have a Copyright Manual, instruction booklet , or written
copyright policy for faculty teaching/supplementing online? I would
like to create a Copyright Manual for our online faculty to round out
the other resources we have. We currently require them to agree to
adhere to copyright law in order to get a Blackboard course created on
our server (link to copyright reousrces online). We also online
instructors to view a TEACH act copyright training videotape. But I
would like to also provide a copyright guidelines manual to each
instructor. Would anyone be willing to share such a document, or know
of a good manual or set of guidelines that I could use in whole? I
would like to provide it in both paper form and online form, so
copyright permissions is an issue (ironic, huh? lol). I would be
willing to pay for a book, as long as it is brief enough to not turn off
faculty members, yet comprehensive en

Hi all,

I am interested in any information or resources anyone has about formal,
institution sponsered student observations of online courses.
Specifically, I am interested in:

1. Sample tools
2. How they are delivered, collected, tabulated, and returned

While we have many people who do individual course eval with their
students, institutionally, we are trying to develop a tool and an system
for delivery and collection. I would appreciate any information.

Best,
Samantha
