Media Specialist Position open at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore

This position will entail designing and developing multimedia projects
including but not limited to audio narrated PowerPoint
lectures/presentations, audio or video lectures/presentations. Individual
will be actively working with video capture, editing, and rendering of
videos into streaming multimedia using Adobe products such as Premier, and
other distinct learning objects using a variety of educational software
programs. It is expected that the selected candidate will have familiarity
with other software as needed such as HTML editors, Test Authoring software,
Internet Conferencing such as eLive or Adobe Connect, PowerPoint, PDF
Authoring, Flash, Illustrator or Drawing Programs.

Faculty training is also part of the responsibilities of the job. These
responsibilities can include: designing and facilitating various modes
(face-to-face, online, and blended) of internal training on course
management software (CMS) and other related instructional technology tools
(see above) and working with the Instructional Designer to implement an
annual schedule of training activities.
