Suzi,
Thank you for the compliment. It really is a labor of love...well, actually, it isn't labor at all. It is more like stress reduction. :-)
The reason I published that podcast was actually to test and to share a podcast that was created in a different way. Each of the podcasts I published on the idag cast I created in a different way. I thought that the description of the podcast would carry over to the iPod download, but I see now it doesn't work that way. If you go to the blogger page that feeds the podcasts, you can see a short description of how each podcast was created. This is what I meant to share with this group.
For example, the watercolor slideshow podcast was created using Pinnacle Studio video editing software. The "jumping words" vocabulary podcast was created using Powerpoint and Camtasia. The Blackboard Lecture podcast was created using a digital voice recorder, and the Welcome podcast video was created by using the video function on my little digital camera.
The link is http://mdlaidag.blogspot.com/ <http://mdlaidag.blogspot.com/> You can view/listen to the podcasts there and also view their "creation source" info.
Suzi...by the way...Monday is our meeting in Second Life. I will not be able to attend (big sad face here, I will be teaching at that time) but I know many are interested in attending. Would you please confirm the meeting time and instructions for attendance here, please?
Thanks!
Bobbi

Subject: [Idag] watercolor podcast
Bobbi,
I'm still getting my podcast legs under me, so I realized last night there were more podcasts to download. LOVED LOVED LOVED the watercolors!!!!
They were amazing and phenomenal (all at the same time!).
I've been an acrylics girl for many years and secretly jealous of watercolor folks, I admit it. I've even been branching into oils (mostly because I love the smell of linseed oil :-)), but I'm still strongest in acrylics. I was truly inspired by the watercolors you put into your podcast, however, and think I might actually dust off my old watercolor set and give it one more try this evening. :-)
Thanks so much for sharing!! (Great choice in music, too!)
Suzi
